Ordering Information • Orders are processed within 1-2 days after confirmation of payment. • Orders received after 2 pm will be acknowledged on the following business day (for example, Monday at 3 pm will be a Tuesday order). • Please keep in mind during the holiday season – give yourself plenty of time to order!! • Interested in placing a custom order – please contact us via email or by phone to discuss your project in more detail. • Due to the nature of a custom/personalized order, turnaround time is typically 2-3 days after an order is processed. Product Availability Non-Personalized Items are typically shipped within one business day after the order has been processed. Personalized Favors, Keepsake Gifts, and Stationery Goods are typically shipped within two to three days after the order has been processed. Bow Head and Bow & Eros Gift Cards – Each order is printed and customized to your exact request. For large party favor or retail orders, we typically ship orders out within a week of receiving your order. Again, please note that we do our best to keep a large stock of ribbon in inventory; however, Ribbon Styles are based on the manufacturer’s availability. Our USPS calculator is built into our ordering process and will automatically calculate the shipping rates based on your order (using weight and destination). Returns & Cancellations The Kind Living Designs return & cancellation policy is as follows: Non-personalized Orders - All non-personalized orders are returnable within 30 days of your purchase date. or call us at 610.223.0304 and a representative will gladly assist you. Shipping charges for the returned item is the responsibility of the customer. However, if the package arrives damaged, Kind Living Designs will incur all shipping charges. Personalized Orders – Due to the very nature of the order, personalized and custom orders are non-returnable. Printing Errors – If Kind Living Designs is at fault with an error in printing, the incorrect order will be returned at the expense of Kind Living Designs and a new order will be shipped immediately. Customer’s errors in product selection and order placement can be corrected per the customer’s expense. An additional charge of 25% of the original order will be incurred for the new and corrected order. Cancellations – Orders may be canceled prior to the order being processed. Please remember – we process our orders within 1 – 2 days after confirmation of payment. If you wish to cancel an order, do so immediately. Our turnaround time does not leave much room to guarantee the cancellation of an order.
